Full-Time Academy Admissions Process

Conveniently tour one of our locations as early as today when you begin the online application.

Tours are also a great opportunity for your little one to meet the teacher!

After the tour, you will be sent our digital enrollment forms.

Your admissions process is completed when the enrollment forms are signed and initial deposit provided.

Please have important medical information such as your child’s primary healthcare provider, immunization records, and allergy information available when you apply, along with contact information for anyone who might be a point of contact, when you enroll.
FlexEd Admissions

FlexEd offers part-time enrollment packages to families waiting for access to full-time childcare, as it becomes available. FlexEd will provide select weekdays for their child’s attendance based on monthly availability at the childcare center. The availability of specific days under the FlexEd program can change, which means the weekdays your student is assigned may change. We will provide parents with at least one month's notice for any alterations.

FlexEd students who are interested in joining the full-time academy when space becomes available are prioritized over new families joining the waiting list.

FlexEd families will be asked to indicate on the enrollment documents whether they plan to transition to the academy once space becomes available.

Full-time academy enrollments are prioritized over FlexEd enrollments. This means if you're a FlexEd family and decide not to transition to full-time when a slot becomes available, there's a possibility of losing the FlexEd spot. One month's notice will be given for changes to enrollment. FlexEd families will have 5 business days to provide a decision to administrators regarding transition to full time care or disenrollment from the program.

Upon enrollment, FlexEd families will be given an approximate date of the next available academy opening. If a space opens up for full-time enrollment sooner, FlexEd families will be notified and given an option to transition. Families can retain their FlexEd part time enrollment so long as space is available.

The admissions process begins with an initial application. From there, you will receive an invitation to self-schedule a consultation with the center director. At the end of the consultation, you and the director will coordinate a time for you to visit and tour. If the fit appears to be appropriate for your family’s needs, you will be emailed a digital enrollment form. Summer Program
The summer program runs from June through August and is a continuation of our curriculum. Summer can be a time where children forget some of what they learn through the year, but our summer program keeps your little one building on their foundation of knowledge through our standard academic year.
